Utilising the Zero Suicide Framework, Sarah has developed a 2-day (4-module) training package for health care clinicians – a combination of theory and group work – that focuses on suicide prevention across the life span. Specialising in the needs of children and young people, the training has been developed in collaboration with cultural leads, lived experience and specialist roles in priority populations.
To support the consolidation and embedding of the training, a suite of clinical supervision sessions can also be facilitated (see below). Training can also be tailored for a variety of specialist teams, including a ‘train-the-trainer’ model.
Sarah offers specialised clinical supervision designed to support the consolidation and embedding of skills acquired through the Training and Education. Supervision enables Sarah to support and provide advice and assistance in a supportive environment in which clinical staff can discuss suicide prevention delivery, refine their processes, identify gaps within service delivery and and implement new skills and tools effectively.

Sarah offers specialist consultancy services uniquely tailored towards embedding the towards Zero Suicide Framework (TZSF) within organisations and communities. Leveraging her extensive experience as a Senior Suicide Prevention Clinician, Sarah is equipped to deliver expert and advice and guidance on developing and embedding suicide prevention pathways and associated change management.
Her approach is grounded in collaboration, aiming to create meaningful, sustainable improvements in suicide prevention strategies.
